Goods reclaim
Withdrawal from the contract is a unilateral act leading to the termination of the contract (i.e. also the contract for the purchase of goods or services via the Internet), as a result of which the contracting parties must return the performance provided to each other. The seller is therefore obliged to return the price paid and the buyer is obliged to return the purchased goods.
1. Obligation on the part of the customer
If you have decided to return the goods, first make sure that 14 days have not passed since the goods were delivered. The goods must not be devalued in any way.
Download the withdrawal form from the link below. The form must be printed and filled in correctly.
Send the goods with the form to our address, which is indicated in the attached document, or in the contact information on our website. Do not include cash on delivery on the shipment. If you do so, the shipment will not be accepted by us.
2. Acceptance of the shipment
After receiving the shipment, we will process your request for withdrawal from the contract and perform all important actions.
The goods will undergo inspection and subsequent storage. If there is any damage to the goods by the customer, the request for withdrawal from the contract will be invalid.
The goods will then be returned and financial compensation will not be possible.
3. Termination of the contract
In the event that all procedural actions have been carried out correctly, we will immediately send you the entire value of your order directly to your IBAN.
Subsequently, your request to withdraw from the contract will be definitively terminated.
